All Around Indy for Investors

Did you know that even if you already have a mortgage on your own home, you can still often qualify for another mortgage to buy an investment property? Right now, I’m working with several investors who are looking to buy multi-family homes.  Some want to find long-term tenants, some want to live in half of a double and rent the other side, and some are interested in Airbnb short-term rentals.  There are also many colleges in Indianapolis full of students seeking housing.  I am easily able to set up a search that will help you find the perfect property, whether it is in the North, East, West, South, or Central area of Indianapolis!  I can also assist with determining your return on investment.
