Where Is @RealtyAmanda This Week? Holy Cross!

Holy Cross Neighborhood!

Well, I’m right at home! I’m proud to highlight my own neighborhood, Holy Cross, in the blog this week. I’m excited about the opportunities for both buying and selling in this tight-knit community on the Near East-side of downtown Indy.

We regularly walk to neighborhood hot spots like Flat 12 BierworksDorman Street SaloonHoagies and Hops, and Indiana City Brewing. We are close to transit, Blue Indy service, the interstate, and all of the other neighborhoods surrounding downtown. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the East End of Mass Ave.

We are also thrilled to be adjacent to historic Highland Park. It boasts playgrounds, REAL HILLS for workouts, and hands-down, the best sunset views in the whole city!

The housing market in Holy Cross is tight. We don’t have much on the market right now. I’m actively seeking listings and confident about great returns on your investment. You might be surprised at what your home will command in this seller’s market.

For buyers, we still have fixer-uppers available along with impressive remodels and new builds. Holy Cross is a well-kept secret. All of the perks of Downtown, Old Northside, or Fountain Square without the price tag! Recent comparable properties are selling from between $165,500 to $378,000 with all price points in between. There really is something for everyone and plenty of potential for investment.

PLEASE call or message me if you live in the area and are interested in getting information on what your home is worth in the current market. Also, please call or text me at 317.625.4026 if you are interested in a new build or an existing home in this special neighborhood.
